1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Items must have original tags attached.

Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
2. Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or clearance items

Bodysuits

Intimates

Swimwear

Accessories

Gift cards

Promotional or discounted items marked “Final Sale”
No exceptions.
3. Refund Method
Approved returns will be issued as:

Store credit (default option), or
-
Refund to original payment method (if you choose to offer this — optional)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return to process your refund or store credit.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
6. Exchanges
If you would like a different size, you must place a new order.
Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee availability for exchanges.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Sheila’s Style is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide proof of delivery and order confirmation.
