Hey team, as I work on growing my store, I can't help but feel pretty proud and happy. This first year and a bit have definitely had some tough moments, especially at the start when I thought I'd be hitting big numbers right away. But once I let go of those expectations and started focusing on the good things that were happening with the store, things began to improve. Now, I just focus on the support I do get, and that mindset has been a game-changer. I get super excited about every sale because I don't take any of it for granted; it's honestly an honor and privilege to serve my customers. As most of you know, I've gotten five-star reviews all around, and that's because of how I handle each sale. Team, my approach is a simple one. I have to treat you and your hard-earned money with kindness; it's my core value. Team, I refuse to put my profit above your comfort and confidence in getting a fulfilling experience when you come into my store. I enjoy the whole process. I love when I hear the chime announcing a sale was executed, then I get excited to see who the purchaser was and what beautiful items they ordered. I then move on to the excitement of getting everything ready to ship, which I do with no delay because I know from experience how much I want what I purchased to arrive quickly.
